The Rab Microlight Down Men's Vest is a lightweight, packable insulated gilet designed to provide core warmth without restricting your arms. Updated for autumn/winter 2026, it combines 700 fill-power recycled down with a windproof, breathable Pertex® Quantum outer, creating a versatile layer for cooler days in the mountains and outdoors.
Rab uses body-mapped baffles to balance warmth and mobility, with smaller nano baffles down the sides and larger micro baffles across the front and back. The sleeveless design keeps bulk to a minimum and makes the Microlight easy to layer over a baselayer or fleece, or beneath an outer shell when additional insulation is needed.
A drawcord-adjustable hem and an insulated baffle behind the centre-front zip help retain warmth. Storage is provided by a chest pocket and two zipped hand pockets, with one pocket also serving as an integrated storage solution with a clip-in loop.
