Fast, reliable delivery throughout our UK delivery areas, with tracked DPD services and free standard delivery on qualifying orders.

Order Cut-Off & Dispatch

Same-Day Dispatch Orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), are normally dispatched the same day.

Next-Business-Day Dispatch Orders placed after 2:00 PM, over a weekend, or on a Bank Holiday are normally processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Premium Weekend Delivery

Weekend ordering note: To qualify for Saturday or Sunday delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM on Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Weekend delivery is not currently available to the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Full Tracking Included: All parcels are shipped using a tracked DPD service, with tracking information normally sent by email after dispatch.
1-Hour Delivery Window: DPD will normally provide a one-hour estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
Delivery Updates: Notifications may be sent by SMS where a mobile number has been supplied, and/or by email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

We are sorry, but we do not currently offer delivery to the following locations:

• Northern Ireland • Channel Islands • Isle of Man • Isles of Scilly • BFPO addresses

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes shown on this page are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier disruption, severe weather, exceptionally busy periods, Bank Holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the delivery with DPD.

Christmas Delivery

Christmas delivery cut-off dates vary each year and will be published on this page once confirmed by our courier. During the Christmas trading period, we recommend ordering as early as possible to allow for seasonal delivery volumes.

FREE DELIVERY TO ENGLAND, WALES & MAINLAND SCOTLAND ON ORDERS OVER £50 EXCLUSIONS APPLY

Order before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), and we’ll dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working day.

EASY 30-DAY RETURNS

We offer 30-day returns for a full refund (excluding postage). Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original labels and packaging.
