The Rab Microlight Alpine Down Women's Jacket is a lightweight, packable insulated jacket designed for versatile use in the mountains and outdoors. Updated for autumn/winter 2026, it combines 700 fill-power recycled down with a windproof Pertex® Quantum outer, providing useful warmth without excessive bulk.
Rab uses body-mapped baffles to balance insulation and freedom of movement, with smaller nano baffles beneath the arms and larger micro baffles across the front, shoulders and back. Articulated sleeves further support mobility, making the Microlight Alpine suitable for activities including hill walking, climbing and mountaineering as well as general everyday outdoor use.
The adjustable hood has a malleable wired peak, while elasticated cuffs, an adjustable hem and an insulated baffle behind the centre-front zip help retain warmth. Storage is provided by a chest pocket and two zipped hand pockets, with one hand pocket also serving as an integrated storage pocket with a clip-in loop.
