Price Match Policy

We always aim to offer great value, and on many items we are able to match the prices offered by other authorised UK retailers. While we cannot guarantee a price match in every situation, we’re always happy to review any request and match the price where possible.

What we can consider:
The retailer must be an authorised UK stockist of the brand.
The item must be identical (same colour, size and season).
The item must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
The comparison must include all costs, including delivery.
The lower price must be publicly advertised (not loyalty discounts, voucher codes, or flash promotions).

What we can’t match:
Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
Overseas retailers
Clearance outlets or damaged/second-hand goods
Prices that appear to be errors or below cost

How to request a price match:
If you’ve found the same item cheaper elsewhere, simply contact us with the product link and price. We’ll check the details and let you know whether we can match it. Where we can, we absolutely will.
