Found the same item for less?
We work hard to offer fair and competitive prices. If you find an identical item available for less from another authorised UK retailer, send us the details and we will review the price.
We cannot guarantee that every request will be approved. However, we assess each request fairly and will match the price where the product and offer meet the conditions below and we are reasonably able to do so.
What we can consider
- An authorised UK retailer. The competitor must be an authorised UK stockist of the brand and must sell the product directly.
- An identical product. The brand, model, colour, size and season must be the same as the item available from Allweathers.
- A product that is in stock. The required item must be available to order and ready for immediate dispatch.
- The total delivered price. We compare the advertised product price together with any compulsory delivery charges.
- A publicly available price. The lower price must be clearly advertised and available without a private code, account-specific offer or loyalty discount.
What we cannot match
- Marketplace, auction or private sellers, including third-party sellers operating through Amazon or eBay.
- Retailers based outside the United Kingdom.
- Clearance outlets, closing-down sales or liquidation offers.
- Used, second-hand, damaged, ex-display, refurbished or incomplete products.
- Members-only prices, loyalty discounts, voucher codes, personalised offers or flash promotions.
- Prices that appear to result from an error or that we cannot independently verify.
- Offers where the product, size or colour is unavailable for immediate dispatch.

Please wait for confirmation before ordering. A price match is only agreed once it has been confirmed by Allweathers. If the competitor’s price or availability changes before we complete our checks, we may be unable to approve the request.
How we assess your request
We compare products on a like-for-like basis and consider the complete price you would pay, including compulsory delivery charges. We may ask for further information where the product, retailer, price or availability cannot be confirmed from the supplied link.
Each request is considered individually and remains subject to verification and product availability at the time of review.

Does submitting a request guarantee a price match?
No. We review every request fairly, but a match is not guaranteed. We will confirm whether the request meets the policy conditions and whether we are able to match the price.
Which price will you compare?
We compare the total publicly advertised price for the identical product, including any compulsory delivery charge. This ensures the comparison is made on a genuine like-for-like basis.
Can you match a voucher code or members-only price?
No. The competitor’s price must be publicly available without a voucher code, loyalty membership, account-specific discount or personalised offer.
What information should I provide?
Please provide both product links, the competitor’s total delivered price and the exact colour and size required. Complete information helps us review the request more quickly.
