Section 2: Returns Procedure & Cancelling Orders:

Returns Procedure

Unwanted Goods:

Goods may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) as long as they are in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging) within 60 days. If goods are returned it is the responsibility of you the customer for the return postage and the safety of the returned items.


The easiest and quickest way to exchange your goods for a different size/colour is to return the incorrect item for a refund and re-order the replacement via our website or telephone us on 01268 293712. The returned item must be in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging). The postage for the returned item and the replacement is down to the customer.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us (Email: sales@allweathers.co.uk  Tel: 01268 293712) as soon as possible and we will arrange the exchange.

Faulty Goods:

If you think that your purchased item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us (Email: sales@allweathers.co.uk  Tel: 01268 293712) as soon as possible, we can then arrange the most appropriate course of action. Manufactures warranty (in excess of your statutory rights) should be addressed to the relevant manufacturer directly.

Cancelling and changing an order

Changing an Order:

If you have placed an order but then wish to change it, please contact us as soon as possible (Email: sales@allweathers.co.uk  Tel: 01268 293712). We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal return/cancellation procedures.

Cancelling an Order & Distance Selling Regulations:

You have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the courier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email (sales@allweathers.co.uk) or post (Allweathers, Summerhill Garden Centre, Pipps Hill road North, Billericay, Essex CM11 2UJ) of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (see example below).

If you cancel and return this order in full, we will refund the full payment received in relation to this order, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the refund for loss of value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of damage or unnecessary handling by you. We will make the refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive from you all goods supplied in this order, or 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
You (the customer) will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be normally returned by post, due to weight or size, we can arrange for the goods to be collected at your cost via our courier (the price can vary depending on collection postcode, but is usually no more than £15 per package (max weight per package 30kg), if you wish to use this service please contact us for a price).

Section 3: Ordering & Payment


All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If B. J. Phillips Ltd does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will contact you discuss alternative options, delivery time for available stock or an option to cancel. If you wish to cancel, the payment will be aborted. Please note that if a payment is aborted, it can take up to 5 days for your bank to make the funds available for use. All prices listed on www.allweathers.co.uk are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and B. J. Phillips Ltd until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email or telephone call from us telling you the reasons why. We will not accept orders where the goods are being shipped to a forwarding company.


www.allweathers.co.uk accept most major credit/debit cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payments are taken securely via SagePay (one of the UK's leading online payment gateway) or PayPal.
Payments are subject to checks by The 3rd Man. The 3rd Man is Europe’s leading specialist CNP (card not present) Fraud Screening Company. Payments made via SagePay will show on statements as 'ALLWEATHERS BILLERICAY GB’, payments made using PayPal will show as ‘B J Phillips Ltd’. If payments do not meet our security checks or if the required information cannot be verified, we reserve the right to abort the payment and cancel the order. We only accept payment cards which are registered in the UK and have a UK billing address.

Section 4: General Terms & Conditions:

    • You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the consent of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site. You affirm that all details you provide to B. J. Phillips Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate and current. You affirm that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

    • We have taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

    • Certain (hypertext) links in this site may lead to other web sites, which are not under the control of B. J. Phillips Ltd. When you activate any of these you will leave the web site and we shall have no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any web site, which is not under the control of B. J. Phillips Ltd.

    • We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

    • We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that glitches will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.

    • We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. Section 5: WEEE:

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise the separation, collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. Retailers in the UK must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis. If you purchase an electrical item from us, e.g. camping lantern, we will accept their old camping lantern and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
