Returning Goods

  • Unwanted Goods:
    Goods may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) as long as they are in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging) within 60 days. If goods are returned it is the responsibility of you the customer for the return postage and the safety of the returned items.

  • Exchanges: 
    Option 1 - Return the incorrect item(s) to us for a refund and re-order the replacement via our website.
    Option 2 - Return the item(s) to us with a completed returns form asking for a replacement item. We would recommend emailing or calling us first (Email:  Tel: 01268 293712) to reserve the required replacement item(s).
    The returned item(s) must be in a new and unused condition (with labels and product packaging). The postage for the returned item(s) is down to the customer, but replacement item(s) are shipped carriage free.

  • Incorrect Items:
    If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us (Email:  Tel: 01268 293712) as soon as possible and we will arrange the exchange.

  • Faulty Goods: 
    If you think that your purchased item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us (Email:  Tel: 01268 293712) as soon as possible, we can then arrange the most appropriate course of action. Manufactures warranty (in excess of your statutory rights) should be addressed to the relevant manufacturer directly.
