Refund policy

Returning an item:
Unwanted Goods:
Goods may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) as long as they are in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging) within 30 days. If goods are returned it is the responsibility of you the customer for the return postage and the safety of the returned items.
Extended Christmas Returns: Items purchased from 30th October 2023, can be returned until 13th January 2024.

Exchanges:
The easiest and quickest way to exchange your goods for a different size/colour is to return the incorrect item for a refund and re-order the replacement via our website or telephone us on 01268 293712. The returned item must be in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging). The postage for the returned item and the replacement is down to the customer.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us (Email: sales@allweathers.co.uk  Tel: 01268 293712) as soon as possible and we will arrange the exchange.

Faulty Goods:
If you think that your purchased item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us (Email: sales@allweathers.co.uk  Tel: 01268 293712) as soon as possible, we can then arrange the most appropriate course of action. Manufactures warranty (in excess of your statutory rights) should be addressed to the relevant manufacturer directly.

IMPORTANT - Import Duty & Tax:
Any items returned from outside the UK may be subject to duty and import tax. This is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund. We highly recommended that the item is returned to the original UK delivery address first and then forwarded to us for a refund.

Cancelling and changing an order:
Changing an Order:
If you have placed an order but then wish to change it, please contact us as soon as possible (Email: sales@allweathers.co.uk  Tel: 01268 293712). We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal return/cancellation procedures.

Cancelling an Order & Distance Selling Regulations:
You have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the courier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email (sales@allweathers.co.uk) or post (Allweathers, Summerhill Garden Centre, Pipps Hill road North, Billericay, Essex CM11 2UJ) of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (see example below).

If you cancel and return this order in full, we will refund the full payment received in relation to this order, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the refund for loss of value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of damage or unnecessary handling by you. We will make the refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive from you all goods supplied in this order, or 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

You (the customer) will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be normally returned by post, due to weight or size, we can arrange for the goods to be collected at your cost via our courier (the price can vary depending on collection postcode, but is usually no more than £15 per package (max weight per package 30kg), if you wish to use this service please contact us for a price).
