Allweathers Terms & Conditions
This is an important section of the site explaining the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when you use and/or shop from the allweathers.co.uk web site. By using the Web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms of conditions you must not use the Web site. Returns, Faulty Goods & Cancellations
Unwanted Goods:
Goods may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) as long as they are in new an unused condition (with labels) within 14 days. If goods are returned it is the responsibility of you the customer for the return postage and the safety of the returned items. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Exchanges:
The easiest and quickest way to exchange your goods for a different size/colour is to return the incorrect item for a refund and re-order the replacement via our website or telephone us on 01268 293712. The returned item must be in a new and unused condition (with labels). The postage for the returned item and the replacement is down to the customer. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Incorrectly Delivered Goods:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange the exchange.

Faulty Goods:
If you think that your purchased item has a manufacturing fault, please return the item to us for inspection. Goods returned must be in a clean condition, otherwise they will be returned and you will be charged the price of postage. If goods are returned it is the responsibility of you the customer for the return postage and the safety of the returned items. If once the item has been inspected the item is found to be faulty, we will refund postage charges up to a maximum of £10.00. Goods returned which are not faulty will be returned to you and postage charged.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, then either email sales@allweathers.co.uk or ring on 01268 293698 (Monday - Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Sunday 10.00am - 5.00pm) , if the item(s) has been despatched then just return the item(s) to us (you are responsible for the return post, the return address will be on the invoice) to us for a refund.

Errors in price:
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Security:
Credit Card Security Shopping is safe with Hill and Country because all details are sent using encrypted software. The credit card details are encrypted on your PC through the "encryption" page and they are only decrypted after they reach our computer. The method used is 128-bit encryption. Please note that none of our customers has ever reported to us fraudulent use of their credit card as a result of shopping with Allweathers.

Privacy:
Whenever you place an order we collect your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. We use this information to process your order, and communicate with you in respect of your order where necessary. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods i.e. passing your contact details on to couriers.

Out Of Stock Items:
If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your the contact number supplied or via e-mail address. If no response is made within 14 days your order will automatically be cancelled.

B J Phillips Ltd (T/A Allweathers)is not liable for compensation for any losses incurred due to late deliveries or goods discovered to be faulty after use.

Contract:
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have both accepted your order and that it has been shipped. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods.
