Extra Delivery Information:

• What time will my order arrive?   Deliverys are between 7.00am - 6.00pm.
• Will I need to sign for the goods?   Yes, all items are sent via a signed-for service.
• What if I'm not in?   In the event that no-one is available to accept the order at the delivery address, Parcelforce reserve the right to deliver the goods to a close neighbour of the delivery address or may take the order to your local Post Office for your collection. Parcelforce will leave a card at your delivery address notifying you of the location of your order.
• Do you offer a weekend delivery?   At present we do not offer a weekend delivery service.

Reserve & Collect:

• If you are local to the area and would prefer not to pay for delivery or simply would like to buy the item in person, we are happy to let you reserve the required items for viewing, collection and payment in store. 
• To reserve, simply choose the items you wish to purchase and contact us on 01268 293712 or email us at sales@allweathers.co.uk.

Returning Goods:

• Unwanted Goods:
  Goods may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) as long as they are in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging) within 60 days. If goods are returned it is the responsibility of you the customer for the return postage and the safety of the returned items.
• Exchanges: 
  The easiest and quickest way to exchange your goods for a different size/colour is to return the incorrect item for a refund and re-order the replacement via our website or telephone us on 01268 293712. The returned item must be in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging). The postage for the returned item and the replacement is down to the customer.
